Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Excellence: Utilize field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate high-quality leads and drive sales growth.
  • Creative Sales Approaches: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals that set you apart in the industry.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, ensuring you stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, showcasing outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistent record of delivering outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are a must.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Showcase effective negotiating and closing skills that leave a lasting impression.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Proposal Writing: Proven experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
  • CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to manage and maintain customer records.
  • Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining and accurate funnel of sales opportunities including staging, next steps, and close dates to support accurate sales forecasting.
