Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business customers and expand existing relationships
- Utilize solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of T-Mobile's products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts and funnel management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- CRM expertise and experience using software such as Salesforce
