Account Executive, SMB Team Sales

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our SMB Team Sales team at T-Mobile.
About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining new business customers in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead generation and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain new business customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
