Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, with flexibility.


Our Multispecialty Office is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic LPN to become a vital part of our healthcare team. This position offers a dynamic work environment for individuals who thrive on variety and adaptability in their daily tasks.


Under the supervision of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN, or practice coordinator, the LPN will deliver direct patient care and assist in various clinical functions across all providers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately obtain and document patients' vital signs.
  • Record essential components of patients' medical histories.
  • Engage in open and appropriate communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist in in-office procedures under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider.
  • Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing.
  • Perform venipuncture for laboratory blood tests.
  • Manage prescription call-backs within the scope of practice.
  • Prepare patient charts with relevant clinical information.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure examination rooms are well-stocked.
  • Comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. - required.
  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Upon Hire - required.
  • Previous experience in a patient care environment - preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from physicians, patients, and their families or colleagues within the workplace.
