Business Development Associate

Nyberg's ACE & Dakota Workwear is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new business customers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience in a retail or business-to-business environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
