Job Description
As a valued member of the Ty Teveldal - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products and services to clients.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Handle client inquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required.
