Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Viaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing business in assigned markets and territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present the company's product line to existing and prospective accounts to solicit sales.
- Assist with distribution planning and expansion.
- Assist with sales forecasting, planning, and goals.
- Provide and/or coordinate training for accounts on products.
- Utilize and maintain a CRM tool.
- Prepare various documents and reports as needed.
- Assume direction for accounts, managing and making decisions within established guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Ability to handle larger/key accounts or specialized/target markets.
- Sharp perception of verbal and non-verbal communication skills, enhancing sales abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strategic, agile, articulate, and fast thinking.
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Team player with self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, depending on position.
