  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market segment, including customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Stabilus remains a leader in the market.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical equipment, recreational vehicle, or home/office furniture manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP or other CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
Working Conditions

Work from office/home, with customer visits required. 30-40% travel expected.

Accountability

The Market Segment Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining all commercial relationships within the territory. The associate in this position receives limited supervision from the Regional Business Unit Manager, normally in the form of goals and objectives.
