Standard BioTools is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and activities. This role will focus on top-of-funnel (ToFu) activities, collaborating with the web management team on SEO and website content, and managing SEM and digital advertising with agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Standard BioTools products and services to key buying segments.
  • Collaborate with product and web teams to update website content, including text and image changes, new pages, and effective calls to action.
  • Create and optimize digital ads to target life science and biotech personas using Google Ads, LinkedIn, and partner display ads.
  • Audit and optimize SEO/SEM performance to drive lead generation and awareness activities.
  • Provide digital channel support for the launch of new products and services.
  • Utilize analytical tools and revenue reporting data to inform sound marketing decisions.
  • Interact with leadership to report on progress and escalate challenges.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of marketing and digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with global, multi-channel digital marketing supporting large life science portfolios.
  • Ability to manage digital assets and implement digital best practices to boost external optics within the life science/biotech industry.
