Digital Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the company's professional website, ensuring a user-friendly interface and seamless navigation.
- Lead content creation, including writing and editing website copy, to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to implement SEO best practices and increase organic traffic.
- Regularly analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set up and configure HubSpot CRM to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
- Customize CRM fields, workflows, and reports to align with company goals and marketing strategies.
- Train and support team members on CRM usage to ensure consistent data management and reporting.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts to publish content, monitor conversations, and engage with followers.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Conduct regular analysis of user behavior on the website and other digital platforms.
- Utilize data insights to refine content, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing and other techniques to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Generate compelling and relevant content for blogs, articles, case studies, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min. 2 years) in Project/Program management roles, ideally within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of website management, SEO principles, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
