Role Overview

In this position, you will manage the billing functions, ensuring precise and prompt billing processes while leading a team of billing specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and validate the accuracy and efficiency of invoices produced by the billing team.
  • Maintain comprehensive attendance records for the billing department personnel.
  • Detect and resolve billing discrepancies, effectively communicating with the billing and auditing teams.
  • Supervise the progression of bills during the night shift, collaborating with terminal operations as needed.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the billing staff to enhance their professional growth and performance.
  • Deliver performance analytics to management, emphasizing critical metrics and trends in billing productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software.
