Position Overview

The Billing Support Specialist will handle incoming inquiries via phone from valued clients and partners, assisting with service scheduling for vehicle breakdowns and preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities

  • Service Coordination: Collaborate with technicians and dispatch teams to ascertain repair needs and coordinate service logistics effectively.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage incoming calls and service requests, addressing inquiries related to billing, warranties, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of three years of experience in customer service, particularly in issue resolution.
