Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls from various clients and will be tasked with assisting in scheduling services for vehicle breakdowns and preventive maintenance. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

  • Candidates with experience in accounting, billing, or credit management are highly preferred.
  • Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
  • Training will be provided remotely after initial onboarding.
  • All interviews will be conducted remotely.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Assist clients experiencing vehicle issues, follow communication protocols for breakdowns and maintenance scheduling, and ensure timely updates on vehicle status. Aim to enhance the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT: Improve service efficiency by managing resources effectively, coordinating with technicians and clients, and overseeing repair requirements.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS: Handle incoming inquiries, process service requests, and assist with billing and compliance questions. All calls are subject to quality assurance monitoring.

  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Be available for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in customer service with a focus on issue resolution.

Compensation Overview:

The offered compensation may vary based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, and market conditions.

Pay Structure:

Hourly

Minimum Pay: $17.00

Maximum Pay: $17.00

This position may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives based on performance.
