This role demands a robust clinical background paired with exceptional interpersonal abilities, as well as the willingness to travel within the assigned regions. The Manager is responsible for supervising a diverse team of Registered Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, and Coordinators, ensuring that operational effectiveness, quality of care, and performance metrics align with established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Evaluate staffing requirements to ensure optimal team functionality.

Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
