About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Acute Care and Monitoring sales team at Medtronic. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Respiratory & Monitoring Solutions portfolio to key clinical leaders in the ICU, General Care Floors, and Procedural Sedation departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand your territory through effective management and selling skills.
  • Act as a product expert and provide education and training to clinical end-users and hospital staff.
  • Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer/patient technical and product issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for an Account Executive and 5 years for a Principal Account Executive.
  • Proven sales experience within the healthcare industry, preferred.
  • Clinical experience or background selling clinically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
