Position Overview:
The Account Services Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting a comprehensive strategy and framework to accommodate anticipated growth within their client portfolio through effective resource management, training initiatives, and process enhancements.

This role will also involve providing leadership, mentorship, and support to team members as they navigate their respective projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead extensive service projects with our premier clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the designated client accounts.
- Collaborate with existing Account Executives to enhance profitability through service offerings in major accounts.
- Foster growth within the service division.
- Assist in the recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding of top-tier talent to expand the team.
- Establish and maintain subcontractor partnerships to manage capacity variations.
- Ensure adherence to the organization's delivery standards.
- Assess operational processes and propose improvements to enhance quality and profitability.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in service sales.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and address client-facing challenges.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
