Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager of Student Outreach & Recruitment, the CRM and Recruitment Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in executing outreach strategies by utilizing our Customer Relationship Management system to engage with essential stakeholders who contribute to enrollment at the College. This role is responsible for orchestrating outreach efforts directed at prospects, applicants, parents, secondary educational institutions, community organizations, and other specific markets.

The outreach initiatives encompass various communication methods, including email, text messaging, printed materials, and phone calls, developed in collaboration with the College's recruitment personnel, enrollment navigators, academic departments, and marketing teams. Participation in recruitment events during evenings and weekends may be required to enhance the College's visibility and provide comprehensive information regarding academic offerings, scholarships, financial assistance, and campus life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee communication strategies within the CRM and internal messaging platforms for all stakeholders involved in enrollment.
  • Administer the CRM and messaging systems to guarantee timely and relevant information is shared with students, facilitating their journey from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Create, edit, and refresh email and text communications to boost applicant numbers and streamline the enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with marketing, academic, and student support divisions to design CRM-driven communication campaigns promoting essential services and expanding academic programs.
  • Work alongside Deans and Pathway Coordinators to craft communication strategies that highlight academic programs with growth potential.
  • Provide recruitment teams with enrollment analytics to evaluate the success of outreach efforts.
  • Assist in organizing virtual admissions events.
  • Support the planning and promotion of campus activities such as enrollment days and open houses.
  • Gather and analyze data to produce reports that inform strategic decisions aimed at enhancing the enrollment process.
  • Establish and maintain a student ambassador program to facilitate campus tours and other events.
  • Perform necessary administrative tasks related to data management and written communications.
  • Execute assigned responsibilities in alignment with the College's mission, goals, and core values.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity and respect for a diverse academic environment, including students, faculty, and staff from various backgrounds.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven experience with CRM and messaging platforms.
  • Ability to achieve goals and collaborate with multiple departments on significant initiatives.
  • Knowledge of college admissions processes and community outreach.
  • Competence in organizing data and preparing analytical reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with creative presentation tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative and team-oriented work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Capacity to engage effectively with a diverse campus community.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in a higher education admissions context is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Banner systems is advantageous.
