Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Student Outreach & Recruitment, the CRM and Recruitment Outreach Coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing outreach strategies by utilizing our Customer Relationship Management system to engage with essential stakeholders who facilitate enrollment at the College. This position orchestrates outreach efforts with prospective students, applicants, parents, secondary educational institutions, community organizations, and other targeted demographics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee communication strategies within the CRM and internal messaging platforms aimed at all stakeholders involved in the enrollment process.
- Administer the CRM and messaging systems to ensure timely and relevant information is disseminated to students, guiding them from inquiry to application and ultimately to enrollment.
- Craft, revise, and enhance email and text communications to boost applicant numbers and effectively navigate students through the enrollment journey.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and student support divisions to create CRM-driven communication campaigns that highlight support services and academic programs with growth potential.
- Work in partnership with Deans and Pathway Coordinators to design CRM-based communication initiatives promoting academic programs with growth opportunities.
- Provide analytical reports to the recruitment team to evaluate the success of outreach activities such as high school visits and college fairs.
- Assist in organizing virtual admissions events.
- Support the planning and promotion of campus-wide events including enrollment days and open houses.
- Engage in data collection and analysis to produce reports that inform data-driven strategies for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process.
- Establish and maintain a student ambassador program to facilitate campus tours and other on-campus activities.
- Execute necessary administrative tasks related to data management and written communications.
- Perform assigned responsibilities in alignment with the College's mission, objectives, and core values.
- Demonstrate sensitivity, understanding, and respect for a diverse academic community comprising students, faculty, and staff from various backgrounds.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience with CRM and messaging platforms is essential.
- Ability to achieve objectives and collaborate effectively with multiple departments on significant initiatives.
- Knowledge of college admissions processes and community engagement is crucial.
- Competence in organizing data and generating reports is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with creative presentation tools is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Self-driven with the capability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet objectives.
- Ability to foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a higher education admissions environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Banner software is advantageous.
