CRM and Recruitment Outreach Coordinator

Overview

Reporting to the Manager of Student Outreach & Recruitment, the CRM and Recruitment Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in driving outreach initiatives by utilizing our Customer Relationship Management system to engage with essential stakeholders who facilitate enrollment at the College. This position orchestrates outreach efforts targeting prospects, applicants, parents, secondary educational institutions, community organizations, and other specific markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee communication strategies within the CRM and internal messaging platforms to engage all stakeholders supporting enrollment.
  • Administer the CRM and messaging platforms to ensure timely and relevant information is shared with students, aiding their transition from inquiry to application and enrollment.
  • Craft, revise, and enhance email and text communications to boost applicant numbers and effectively guide students through the enrollment journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing, academic, and student support divisions to create CRM-driven communication campaigns that highlight support services and academic programs with growth potential.
  • Work alongside Deans and Pathway Coordinators to design CRM-based communication strategies promoting academic programs poised for expansion.
  • Provide recruitment teams with enrollment analytics to evaluate the success of outreach activities.
  • Assist in organizing virtual admissions events.
  • Support the planning and promotion of campus-wide events such as Enrollment Days and Open Houses.
  • Gather and analyze data to produce reports that inform data-driven strategies for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process.
  • Establish and maintain a student ambassador program to facilitate campus tours and other on-campus activities.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks related to data management and written communications.
  • Perform assigned responsibilities in alignment with the College's mission, goals, and core values.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity, understanding, and respect for a diverse academic environment that includes students, faculty, and staff from various backgrounds.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven experience with CRM and messaging platforms.
  • Ability to achieve objectives and collaborate with various departments on significant initiatives.
  • Knowledge of college admissions processes and community outreach.
  • Competency in organizing data and generating reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with creative presentation tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team-oriented work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Capacity to engage effectively with a diverse campus community.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in a higher education admissions environment is preferred.
  • Experience with Banner software is preferred.
