The Job
Key Objective:
Meet and exceed a new business sales target by generating new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Prepare and deliver proposals to ensure a best-fit solution is proposed to meet customer needs.
Liaise with our commercial team to review quotes and negotiate the best possible commercial terms.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers from sale to go live, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Work closely with internal departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.
Update our internal CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Person Specification
Experience:
Previous sales experience within the IT and telecommunications industry, preferably in a business development or sales role.
Proven track record of delivering and presenting proposals to secure new business.
Experience in onboarding customers and ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
