About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Landing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base for Autopilot, our premier product.

Success in this role requires a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and partners.

About the Team:

Our team is responsible for selling Autopilot and managing our partner relationships. We are a dynamic and growing company, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

You will work closely with our AP Ops team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Autopilot to Multifamily Ownership Groups and Property Management Groups across the US
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborate with our AP Ops team to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers and partners
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success and exceeding sales quotas
