Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Paul Logistics, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of business development experience, ideally within the transportation or logistics industry
  • Proven track record of driving growth and building strong client relationships
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
