Epson, a prominent global player in high-quality consumer electronics and imaging solutions, is on the lookout for a talented Strategic Marketing Manager to enhance our Consumer Latin America division.

Your role will encompass the creation and execution of comprehensive 360-degree marketing communication strategies tailored to bolster our consumer product lines.

Key Responsibilities

In alignment with Epson's policies and procedures, your primary responsibilities will include:

Strategic Development
  • Collaborating with Product Management to define the strategic vision for marketing communications.
  • Partnering with Advertising, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and Web teams to craft positioning and overarching marketing strategies.
  • Aligning requests from Latin American countries to create impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Independently managing relationships across departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing communication plans.
Marketing Communications
  • Engaging with product and sales teams to grasp business requirements and relay them to the broader marketing communications team.
  • Leading the formulation of integrated marketing communication plans across various disciplines (Advertising, PR, Social Media, Web, Retail, Content, Sales Enablement, Training) to support product lines.
  • Coordinating cross-functional efforts to execute the marketing communication strategy.
  • Acting as a key liaison with product management to drive and monitor the development of the integrated marketing communication plan.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of product lines and competitive landscape through data analysis, including market research and customer insights.
  • Utilizing customer feedback and market data to inform strategic briefs that underpin actionable marketing plans.
  • Overseeing product communication content throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Working closely with Product and Advertising teams to develop positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with Web and Online Managers to ensure web strategies are in sync with overall marketing communication goals.
  • Supporting channel development, CRM, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Managing the overall budget for marketing communications by product line, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Product Readiness
  • Assisting with product readiness processes during launches and throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with Product Management on product roadmaps and marketing communications strategies.
  • Overseeing product packaging and collateral development, coordinating with internal departments as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong interdisciplinary and intercultural communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on performance and ROI.
  • Experience in digital marketing and providing strategic direction on digital solutions.
  • Intermediate-level experience in B2C marketing (5-8 years), preferably within technology sectors.
  • Direct experience working in the Latin American market is essential.
  • A completed undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.

Compensation: The starting annual base salary for this position ranges from USD $117,757 to $195,904, depending on various factors such as experience and market demand.
