Key ResponsibilitiesIn alignment with Epson's policies, your responsibilities will encompass:
Strategic Development- Partnering with Product Management to define the strategic vision for marketing communications.
- Collaborating with Advertising, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and other related teams to shape the overall marketing communication strategy.
- Aligning requests from Latin American countries to create impactful marketing initiatives.
- Independently managing relationships across various departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing communication plans.
- Engaging with product and sales teams to identify business needs and relay them to the broader marketing communications team.
- Leading the creation of integrated marketing communication plans across various disciplines, ensuring alignment with product lines.
- Coordinating cross-functional efforts to execute the marketing communication strategy.
- Acting as a key liaison with product management to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing plans.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of product lines and competitive landscape through comprehensive market research and analysis.
- Utilizing customer insights and personas to formulate strategic briefs that guide actionable marketing plans.
- Managing product communication content throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with Product Management.
- Working closely with Product and Advertising teams to develop positioning and marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with web and online managers to ensure web strategies are in sync with overall marketing communication efforts.
- Supporting channel development, CRM initiatives, and market expansion activities.
- Overseeing the consolidation of marketing budgets by product line, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Assisting with product readiness processes during launches and throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborating with Product Management on product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
- Managing product packaging and collateral development, coordinating with internal departments as necessary.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong interdisciplinary and intercultural communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Experience in digital marketing and management of digital solutions.
- Intermediate-level experience in B2C marketing (5-8 years), preferably within technology sectors.
- Direct experience working in the Latin American market is essential.
- A completed undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.
Compensation: The starting annual base salary for this role ranges from USD $117,757 to $195,904, dependent on various factors including experience and market demand.
