- Quickly generate insightful creative briefs that unlock exceptional social creative ideas that propel culture forward.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-quality, original, on-brand, social-first content.
- Work closely with Social, PR, Influencer, and Experiential teams to develop pitch decks and execute campaigns once awarded.
- Shape concepts and take a lead role in presenting and pitching ideas to clients.
- Maintain a forward-thinking approach, ensuring a consistent level of experimentation on the brand's social media accounts, while brainstorming new ideas and devising test plans across relevant platforms.
- Monitor real-time social trends and identify authentic ways to leverage these trends in alignment with the brand's voice.
- Conduct regular competitor assessments and stay informed about industry trends and benchmarks, evaluating the company's performance continuously.
- Provide strategic guidance for each social account regarding tone, subject matter, frequency, and timing of posts.
- Engage with clients to understand their goals, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively.
- Work with your team to create weekly content calendars, including copy and graphic assets.
- Understand the unique voice and tone of a brand and campaign, incorporating that into social strategy.
- Assist in developing and tracking key performance indicators, shaping success measurement plans, optimizing social strategy and content based on metrics, and deriving meaningful insights from performance data.
- Collaborate closely with social analysts, data strategists, and communications strategists, while mentoring community managers and other social strategists, integrating them into brainstorming sessions and daily news discussions.
- Exhibit problem-solving skills, remaining calm under pressure, and managing multiple tasks independently.
- Possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of social platforms and metrics.
- You are a thought leader in social media with extensive cultural knowledge, capable of shaping ideas that resonate with both brands and consumers.
- You have agency experience and can manage the daily operations for a portfolio of brands, often simultaneously, working on integrated projects for major brands in entertainment and other culturally relevant sectors.
