Key Responsibilities

In addition to adhering to Epson's established policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities encompass:

Strategic Development
  • Collaborating with Product Management to define the strategic vision for marketing communications.
  • Working in tandem with Advertising, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and other relevant teams to craft positioning and overarching marketing strategies.
  • Aligning requests from Latin American countries to create impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Independently managing relationships with all stakeholders involved in the execution of the marketing communication plan.
Marketing Communications
  • Engaging with product and sales teams to identify business needs and relay them to the broader marketing communications team.
  • Leading the formulation of integrated marketing communication plans across various disciplines, ensuring alignment with product lines.
  • Coordinating cross-functional efforts to implement the marketing communication strategy.
  • Acting as a key liaison with product management to drive and monitor the execution of the integrated marketing communication plan.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of product lines and competitive landscape through comprehensive market research and analysis.
  • Utilizing customer insights and personas to develop strategic briefs that facilitate actionable marketing plans.
  • Managing product communication content throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Working closely with Product and Advertising teams to develop marketing strategies and creative briefs.
  • Coordinating with Web and Online Managers to ensure digital strategies align with overall marketing communications.
  • Supporting channel development and market growth initiatives.
  • Overseeing the consolidation of marketing budgets by product line in alignment with strategic objectives.
Product Readiness
  • Assisting with product readiness processes during launches and throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with Product Management on product roadmaps and positioning from a marketing perspective.
  • Managing product packaging and collateral development, liaising with internal departments as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong interdisciplinary and intercultural communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on performance and ROI.
  • Experience in digital marketing and providing strategic direction on digital initiatives.
  • Intermediate-level experience in B2C marketing (5-8 years), preferably within technology sectors.
  • Experience working directly with the Latin American market is essential.
  • A completed undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
