Key ResponsibilitiesIn alignment with Epson's established policies, your main responsibilities will include:
Strategic Planning- Collaborating with Product Management to define the strategic vision for marketing communications.
- Working in tandem with Advertising, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and other relevant teams to formulate positioning and overarching marketing strategies.
- Aligning requests from Latin American countries to develop impactful marketing initiatives.
- Independently managing relationships with all stakeholders involved in the execution of the marketing communication plan.
- Engaging with product and sales teams to identify business needs and relay them to the broader marketing communications team.
- Leading the creation of integrated marketing communication plans across various disciplines, ensuring collaboration among all teams to support product lines.
- Coordinating cross-functional efforts to implement the marketing communication strategy.
- Acting as a key liaison with product management to drive and monitor the development of the integrated marketing communication plan.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the product line and competitive landscape through data analysis, including market research and customer feedback.
- Utilizing customer insights to develop strategic briefs that inform actionable marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Overseeing product communication content throughout its lifecycle in collaboration with Product Management.
- Partnering with Advertising teams to refine positioning and marketing strategies.
- Coordinating with Web and Online Managers to ensure alignment of web strategies with overall marketing communication objectives.
- Supporting channel development and market expansion initiatives.
- Managing the consolidation of the marketing budget by product line, ensuring alignment with the established strategy.
- Assisting with product readiness processes during launches and throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborating with Product Management on the development of product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
- Overseeing product packaging and collateral development, serving as the liaison with internal departments as necessary.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong interdisciplinary and intercultural communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Experience in digital marketing and providing strategic direction on digital initiatives.
- Intermediate-level experience in B2C marketing (5-8 years), preferably within technology sectors.
- Direct experience working in the Latin American market is essential.
- A completed undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position ranges from USD $117,757 to $195,904, depending on various factors such as experience and market conditions.
