Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design: Develop eye-catching graphics for diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and fostering audience engagement.
  • Social Media Oversight: Manage various social media profiles, create content schedules, and interact with our community across channels.
  • Website Administration: Employ the Wix platform to refresh and maintain both company and client websites, ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Project Coordination: Utilize project management tools to organize, monitor, and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Strategic Marketing Development: Conduct research and formulate marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and interaction across all platforms.
  • Content Development: Generate engaging materials for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral, including video content.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including film, television, and creative marketing, to support a range of projects and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Respond effectively to direction and adjust to the dynamic nature of our industry.
  • Client Relations: Engage with a diverse clientele, understanding their requirements and delivering customized marketing solutions.
  • Deadline Management: Oversee multiple projects with stringent deadlines, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Team Leadership: Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members, while managing the daily operations of the marketing division.

Essential Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Wix, Slack, and G-Suite.
