  • B2B Marketing Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing direct reports, with this role overseeing 2-3 team members.
  • Product Commercialization: Experience in bringing new products and services to market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Packaging, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, or Consumer Products Goods sectors is advantageous.
  • Packaging Solutions Experience: Knowledge of Container, Closure, and Automation processes is highly beneficial.
  • Client Engagement: Strong customer-facing skills, including experience in presentations and collaboration across various organizational levels.
  • Travel Requirements: The role may involve 10% to 20% travel for business purposes, with notice typically provided every couple of months.
  • Language Proficiency: Additional language skills, particularly in French and/or Spanish, are considered a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MRP software (e.g., Movex, SAP, Oracle) is essential.
  • Work Environment: This position requires on-site presence five days a week.
