About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Services Associate, supporting the Cardiac Electrophysiology Program at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. You will work closely with top clinicians, researchers, and business professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and meet or exceed patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate administrative tasks for one to two physicians, including scheduling outpatient appointments and procedures, preparing and processing billing, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and directing patients in a timely and courteous manner.
  3. Collaborate with clinicians and other teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling procedures, coordinating pre-operative testing, and processing medication refills.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reimbursement policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in patient care and administration.
