Office Coordinator

About the Role
The Office Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting global leaders and their teams with meeting scheduling, travel requests, and expenses. This position requires independent thinking, problem-solving, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule team meetings, process travel requests, and manage expenses for global leaders and their teams.
- Procurement Support: Learn and utilize the procurement system to order supplies and materials, process invoices, and adhere to procurement guidelines.
- Logistics and Operations: Assist in inputting receiving documentation into the SAP computer system for all types of materials shipped in and out of the facility.
- Site Operations: Coordinate global meetings, town hall video connectivity, and global email communication/announcements.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A two-year Technical or Associates Degree in office studies, business management, or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be currently eligible to work in the United States without the need for any type of sponsorship.
Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Based in Philadelphia, PA, with occasional travel involved (0%). Contract // Onsite job type.
