Medical Research Coordinator Lead

As a Clinical Research Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by coordinating and facilitating the conduct of clinical research protocols. This includes working with various stakeholders, such as NCI, industry partners, cooperative groups, and investigators, to ensure the successful completion of studies.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse with excellent leadership skills to join our team as a Clinical Research Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and support to research staff on clinical research protocols and procedures.
- Coordinating and facilitating the conduct of clinical research studies, including obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical research operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to clinical research activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidelines, including GCP and ICH.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
