We are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Aramark. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, including preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

Duties:
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
