Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Proscia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in office administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Office Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

  • Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, including mail, supplies, and facilities.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, facilitate meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking, process invoices and manage office accounts.
  • Project Coordination: Organize and coordinate office projects and initiatives, implement new processes to improve efficiency.
  • Compliance and Policies: Maintain confidential records and information.
What You'll Bring

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work on-site three days a week, with flexible hours.
