Technical Project Coordinator (M & A)

  • Oversees and orchestrates significant projects across technological and application frameworks.
  • Develops and sustains project documentation, charters, work plans, and deliverables utilizing established Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • Evaluates, strategizes, and implements risk mitigation approaches; proactively escalates challenges and formulates contingency plans for stakeholders.
  • Manages and coordinates resources, including vendor activities and partnerships.
  • Defines project scope, objectives, and key success factors in collaboration with business leaders and sponsors.
  • Examines project plans for interdependencies; identifies critical path challenges and other project linkages.
  • Facilitates and communicates project plans and activities among project participants and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive work effort and team collaboration.
  • Conducts project retrospectives and generates lessons learned documentation.
  • Plans, monitors, and schedules project timelines and milestones using suitable tools. Tracks and communicates project milestones and deliverables.
  • Creates and maintains issue logs; coordinates and ensures resolution of all outstanding project challenges.
  • Establishes and maintains risk logs; develops and maintains mitigation strategies for identified risks.
  • Consults with business sponsors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to guide business analysis and requirements documentation.
  • Facilitates negotiations; ensuring issue resolution and effective collaboration across all project participants.

  • Communicates effectively with end users and can represent the project directly to audiences at various levels. Guides end users to understand project impacts and instructions.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Demonstrates adaptability if the message is not received as intended.
  • Questions prioritization as project priority issues arise. Facilitates priority discussions to resolve conflicts.
  • Clearly articulates roles and responsibilities with stakeholders.
  • Identifies and assigns risks. Proactively seeks out uncertainties.
  • Leads the definition of changes.
  • Analyzes stakeholder perspectives and responds to meet their needs. Identifies and assigns tasks for Organizational Change Management.
  • Evaluates organizational impact and leads efforts to adapt to changes.
  • Provides internal solutions to challenges. Seeks to deeply understand issues. Evaluates problems and critiques next steps, exploring alternatives. Utilizes internal resources to validate solutions. Contributes to the project and its direction.
  • Escalates to management to address potential solutions. Prepares sponsors for any necessary escalations to Executive Management.
  • Engages in discussions to resolve key issues and presents solutions.
Must Have's:
  • Experience in Merger and Acquisition projects.
  • This role is highly tactical rather than strategic project management work.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with Executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with Waterfall project management methodologies rather than Agile.
  • Background in infrastructure projects.
