Communications Marketing Coordinator

Location:
Maplewood, MN (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
1) Assisting in the creation of comprehensive, cohesive communication strategies aimed at enhancing visibility and encouraging the purchase of branded offerings among targeted demographics.
2) Overseeing designated creative and marketing initiatives while coordinating content development with external marketing partners.
3) Administering all asset language adaptations and translation needs through preferred vendor platforms.
4) Reviewing and refining InDesign and PowerPoint documents.
5) Actively managing sanctioned project budgets and maintaining tracking through Excel spreadsheets.
6) Upholding proper brand representation and ensuring complete brand adherence in all produced materials (visual/verbal/written/image identity).
7) Collaborating with cross-functional teams and marketers to enhance strategic content.
8) Organizing internal events such as poster exhibitions and company tradeshows.

Qualifications:
To ensure your success in this position from the outset, C4 Technical Services seeks candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution is essential.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in Agency roles (account management, project oversight, production, graphic design, or digital marketing), and/or Corporate/Business marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and Illustrator.

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective prioritization skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and French Canadian.
  • A customer/client-focused mindset paired with infectious enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing channels; including Social Media, Email/Marketing Automation, Tradeshows, and Brochures.
  • Proven ability to design posters and enhance executive presentations to a high standard.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
