Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Emerald Blue / Omni Workspace. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling projects, working with clients and vendors to determine project needs, and maintaining excellent communication with all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule projects, including determining project scope, resources, and timelines.
  • Work with clients and vendors to determine project needs and develop project plans.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Supervise and direct crew members, including providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Handle multiple vendors and locations, including analyzing projects and preparing for start.
  • Provide performance feedback to crew members and refer questions to Account Manager or appropriate personnel.
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills, including estimating manpower needs and being flexible in manpower requirements.
  • Participate in the review process and provide feedback to the Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree
  • 3-5 years of commercial furniture experience and/or experience with moving, adding, and change accounts.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift duration.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to push and pull 200 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial furniture and ability to read and interpret drawings.
