Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer program management guidance for all parties involved in the program.
  • Implement strategic planning and execution, resource capacity assessment, and training suggestions.
  • Assist leadership and the executive steering committee in crafting high-level strategic workforce evaluations and plans that align with business goals; identify essential competencies required.
  • Oversee project progress and vendor performance; authorize all deliverables and address vendor performance challenges.
  • Complete all necessary reporting documentation and weekly progress updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience successfully guiding organizations through complex cultural, organizational, and technological transformations.
  • Expertise in vendor and risk management, program scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and influence decision-making across various organizational levels.
  • Capacity to manage shifting priorities, juggle multiple tasks, and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; advanced knowledge in statistical analysis and modeling.
