Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with management and business leaders to define program scope, objectives, and risk assessments.
  • Engage with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure alignment of requirements with program goals.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement countermeasures to achieve program objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of program personnel to ensure timely progress within budget while fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Address team dynamics and personnel issues to enhance the program team's performance in completing assignments.
  • Manage dependencies within the program and their interrelations, assessing their impact on other programs and projects.
  • Organize and lead regular status review meetings.
  • Escalate issues and provide mitigation recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, product management, or software development.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing Agile development teams for enterprise applications serving over 50,000 users.
  • PMP Certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience in change management is advantageous.
Key Competencies:
  • Expertise in managing enterprise applications with a user base exceeding 50,000, utilizing an Agile development process from inception to production.
  • Familiarity with software development project metrics.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in business case development and scenario planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate business, marketing, and technical aspects of new product development programs, including anticipating challenges and driving resolutions.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Establish and conduct monthly checkpoints and milestone reviews to monitor progress.
  • Plan and facilitate concept and design reviews.
  • Maintain and manage an effective risk register, driving necessary mitigations.
  • Connect and manage V2 objectives with contract deliverables and stakeholder requirements.
  • Maintain an overall resource plan, ensuring accurate representation of V2 in resource prioritization discussions.
  • Collaborate with the ETC development team to estimate delivered and expected value.
  • Work alongside the product owner, product manager, and development team to identify key 'MVP' milestones.
  • Coordinate with marketing, commercial, and service teams to establish a unified launch plan for TracKing V2.
