Capitol Auto Group is currently in search of an automotive sales lot coordinator to enhance our operations.

As a vital part of our team, the sales lot coordinator will oversee the presentation of vehicles available for sale and ensure the overall cleanliness of the lot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure vehicle inventory is clean and well-maintained, including both interior and exterior cleaning, fluid replenishment, and battery replacements as needed
  • Affix buyer guides and stock tags to vehicles
  • Maintain an organized lot, repositioning vehicles as directed by management to meet dealership standards
  • Transport vehicles to and from service areas and parking as required
  • Create key tags and manage vehicle inventory effectively
  • Deliver and retrieve vehicles from various locations
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Positive demeanor, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
