Finance Administrative Associate

Car Pros Automotive Group is currently seeking a dedicated Finance Administrative Associate to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will engage in a variety of administrative and financial tasks, including but not limited to:
- Organizing, printing, and managing purchase orders, invoices, and financial statements.
- Reconciling financial statements to ensure accuracy.
- Processing and distributing checks.
- Preparing and finalizing financial documentation.
- Verifying account details and payment information.
- Following up on overdue accounts and returned payments.
- Generating invoices and account summaries.
- Maintaining organized files and records.
- Overseeing vehicle inventory management.
- Producing various financial reports.
This position is based at our corporate office.
Qualifications for SuccessTo thrive in this role, you should be a collaborative team player with a positive outlook. This is a full-time opportunity, and prior accounting experience is advantageous. Comprehensive training on our processes and software will be provided. We seek motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our organization.
Essential Skills- Fundamental math and accounting abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Interpersonal skills for professional interactions with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
