Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to support the organization’s financial and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare and evaluate regulatory filings and reports, ensuring compliance with all necessary guidelines.
- Engage with various internal and external stakeholders to gather data and manage ongoing reporting requirements.
- Oversee the annual cost reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate the development of the organizational budget in partnership with budget owners, preparing quarterly forecasts based on updated business activities.
- Design and analyze budget assumptions related to revenue and expenses.
- Work closely with budget owners, directors, and senior leadership to facilitate budget reviews and monitoring processes.
- Generate comprehensive financial and budget management reports, including revenue analyses and business narratives.
- Create financial proformas to support business case analyses for new initiatives.
- Lead the enhancement and implementation of budgeting systems to better meet organizational needs.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance as a condition of employment.
- Uphold a professional and respectful demeanor that contributes to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited institution, with three to five years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with accounting software, with experience in MIP software preferred.
- Maintain appropriate licensure and certifications as required.
- Proof of immunizations and compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory.
