Job Overview

The Strategic Sales Executive role is primarily an external sales position focused on direct sales, with opportunities for partner collaborations. The successful candidate will oversee all facets of the sales process, concentrating on closing deals effectively. Achieving sales targets and generating substantial earnings through commissions will be essential. The ideal candidate will quickly grasp the necessary skills and knowledge required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with automotive dealers, brands, or groups within a designated territory to present products and programs to key decision-makers.
  • Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all company offerings and initiatives.
  • Managing a diverse pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
  • Demonstrating success in prospecting, building a sales pipeline, and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Providing insights on competition, competitive challenges, and product offerings.
  • Participating in sales meetings and industry trade shows.
  • Consistently tracking all communications and details in Salesforce.
  • Proactively guiding partners to optimize sales through best practices, support, and training.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in external sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive sector.
  • Sales experience in technology (SaaS) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Platforms.
  • BA/BS degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
