Position Summary: As a Sales Executive focused on Fire Alarm and Life Safety Services, you will be instrumental in advancing our Service Agreements division within the commercial Smart Buildings Total Fire Alarm & Life Safety Service team. Your role will encompass promoting Siemens' advanced technology, products, and services while engaging with clients to ensure their environments are secure and prepared for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed new order and profit targets as per your designated quota.
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast anticipated order intake.
  • Analyze the market landscape, including competitors, customer needs, and regional trends.
  • Formulate strategic growth initiatives and pinpoint new business prospects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Engage in industry-related networking events to broaden your professional connections and represent Siemens.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Establish pricing strategies and negotiate sales agreements to deliver value to clients.
  • Travel as necessary to facilitate training and support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • NICET Level I or II Fire Alarm Certification (or commitment to obtain certification within two years).
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3+ years of sales experience in the commercial building sector.
  • Experience in selling service agreements and technical solutions.
