Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Executive for Penn Foster Inc, you will be accountable for driving profitable sales growth by developing, nurturing, and advancing accounts through regular engagement with dental offices within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a "practice partner" mentality with Doctors and staff by assessing business needs, discussing the advantages and features of equipment and technology solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, explaining return on investment and tax benefits, and addressing emerging trends in the dental sector.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Penn Foster products and services, competitive insights, and industry developments.
Keep precise records for prospects, customer orders, sales transactions, and other financial activities.
Perform additional duties related to the Field Sales Executive role.

Job Qualifications
What qualifications and experience are necessary for a Field Sales Executive?

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 to 5 years of business-to-business outside sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
A strong initiative coupled with exceptional customer service, planning, and organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to present and negotiate are essential.
Previous achievements in meeting and surpassing sales targets are advantageous.
General computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office, is required.
A valid driver's license is also necessary.
3+ years of experience in the dental industry is preferred.
This position operates on a commission basis.
