Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing the foundational training program that encompasses in-person, virtual, and online courses along with supervised sales calls.
  • Providing customers with product demonstrations, either on-site or virtually, facilitated by the manufacturer.
  • Conducting mentored sales calls, managing project tasks, and ensuring timely documentation under guidance.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers within the designated territory with supervision.
  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and enhancing business within the existing client base.
  • Acting as a primary contact for customer inquiries and requirements under supervision.
  • Drafting and submitting precise and professional bid proposals in accordance with established protocols.
  • Following up on sales leads promptly using learned techniques.
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge and the ability to advocate for company products and services.
  • Assessing, organizing, and selecting a systems solution from the approved product range based on customer needs with guided support.
  • Tracking and providing accurate sales data through our ERP/CRM system as directed.
  • Creating sales presentations in line with established practices.
  • Negotiating pricing under the guidance of leadership.
  • Obtaining and maintaining necessary certifications.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Basic understanding of computer fundamentals, including hardware vs. software, keyboard usage, data management, and general web navigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, strong organizational skills, and punctuality.
  • Ability to successfully complete the foundational training program.
  • Demonstrated alignment with Ronco's core values.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • No prior sales experience is necessary.
