Key Responsibilities:

* Sell Autopilot to Multifamily Ownership Groups and Property Management Groups
* Close deals through daily follow-up and relationship building
* Lead sourcing and identifying creative ways to get in front of decision makers
* Conduct Zoom/remote pitches and in-person meetings to close deals
* Negotiate contracts and work cross-functionally with our AP Ops team
* Industry networking and referrals

Requirements:

* Proven track record of successful collaboration with Service/Implementation teams
* Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas
* Strong planning skills and ability to implement successful sales strategies
* Excellent work ethic, written and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to travel across the country to close deals
* 2+ years of relevant sales experience
