Senior Account Leader/Project Manager

Role Overview

Arcadis seeks a Senior Account Leader/Project Manager to lead and direct the development of water and wastewater opportunities as a client-facing project director/manager in our seller-doer model. This role will focus on maintaining and developing business in the north-central Alabama area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Area Leaders and Technical Experts to successfully win and execute projects and achieve client objectives while providing excellent client services.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth, planning, and support of various key market initiatives throughout the region.
  • Implement strategies to expand services to current clients and add new clients.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Lead pursuit plans, develop client engagement strategies, and participate in task order development and interviews to win new projects.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure quality services and deliverables within project schedules.
  • Serve as a senior technical resource on small to large-sized, multi-disciplined, municipal drinking water planning, program management, and delivery projects.
  • Support the development of junior and mid-level staff.
  • Develop scope and cost proposals for task orders and projects.
  • Deliver key financial performance, including growth.
  • Travel up to 10% for project site visits, client meetings, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 15 years of experience in client/project management in the water/wastewater sector.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • P.E. License and ability to acquire PE Licensure in Alabama within 6 months.

The salary range for this position is $111,600 - $174,000/year. Actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
