About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in strategic performance marketing, specifically in B2C and D2C ecommerce environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying and executing growth roadmaps heavily utilizing inbound marketing channels.
The Digital Commerce Growth Strategist will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven strategies across digital channels, including SEO, Email, Affiliate, Community, and Social. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and analytics. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results, optimize performance, and identify new opportunities for initiatives and optimization.
Your primary goal will be to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue, increases customer lifetime values, and enhances overall brand awareness. This includes building a subscription-based model, leveraging organic non-paid channels, and analyzing metrics to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across digital channels.
- Lead the development of a subscription-based model and leverage organic non-paid channels.
- Analyze metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- 5+ years experience in a strategic performance marketing leadership role.
- Previous consumables experience required in a subscription-based model.
- Persistence and bias-to-action with a track record of performance.
- Strong analytics skills and creative analysis to direct strategic growth.
- Ability to understand and grow a marketing tech stack centered around Magento, Google Analytics, BI Tools, and Klaviyo.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
