Philanthropy Strategist

Crisis Assistance Ministry is looking for a skilled Philanthropy Strategist to drive our direct mail and digital fundraising efforts in Mecklenburg County. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and build strong relationships with donors.

The Philanthropy Strategist will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing comprehensive direct mail fundraising campaigns to retain existing donors and acquire new ones
• Creating and implementing a digital fundraising strategy to leverage key digital platforms for donor engagement and revenue growth
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective execution of fundraising appeals across all channels
• Analyzing donor data to inform strategic decisions and optimize fundraising efforts
